During the VISCOM 2023 fair in Milan on October 4-6, the European premiere of the new DF1216-MT plotter from the DF series took place.
This model is recommended mainly for prototyping and production of packaging made of corrugated cardboard, cardboard and paper.
The working area of the machine is 1200 x 1600 mm and it has an automatic high stack sheet feeder. The plotter can be equipped with knives for cutting and notching sheets and a creasing roller with a head travel speed of up to 1500 mm/s.
One of the tools that can be used is the EOT oscillating knife used to cut materials up to 10 mm thick (optionally even up to 20 mm). No need to use cutting dies allows us to perform a given job from just one piece, saving time and costs of completing the order. This model is also recommended for working with material on a roll because it has a standard unwinder for rolls up to 1600 mm wide.
