
Senior appointments enhance Ishida’s customer-centric approach
Ishida Europe has announced two senior appointments as the company continues to strengthen its capabilities and reach across the EMEA region.
Ryan Jones joined Ishida in 2018 and is now promoted to the role of Regional General Manager, South-West Europe. Wim Hermans joins Ishida in the role of Regional General Manager, North-East Europe. Both will be responsible for sales, projects and aftersales functions throughout their respective regions.
These newly created positions are part of a wider transformation of Ishida’s EMEA commercial operations and continued investment in people and infrastructure. The creation of two extended sub-regions will enable Ishida to enhance its customer focus, as many customers expand their operations across the EMEA region, while maintaining its current and or expanding localised sales and service support capabilities.
